Form and Fitness Swimming Small Group

Swim Coach Catherine Hatfield will lead a preset workout with a focus on aquatic aerobic fitness incorporating drills to improve form. All abilities welcome, but must be able to swim 25-50 yards at a time. Sign up now at the front desk to reserve your spot!
