Fall 2018 Youth Strength Training

Designed for youth ages 10 – 14,  our Youth Strength Training program focuses on fun, age-appropriate exercises using tools and equipment like kettle bells, battling ropes, ladders, sleds, atlas stones, barrels, sandbags, and hammers.

Monday – Thursday – 4:30 pm
Saturday – 10:30 am

Participants must register at the Front Desk at least one day in advance and will then meet their trainer on the Fitness Floor for these one hour training sessions.
