Included with your membership, every member at Fort Sanders is eligible for a reassessment and updated program design every three months allowing you the opportunity to reassess your progress and get you back on track to your long term goals! Fitness Assessments include: vo2 max, body fat percentage, BMI, body circumferences, blood pressure, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility testing.

After you complete your fitness assessment, our team of fitness instructors will guide you through a workout program designed uniquely for you.
