The FSHFC Run program is perfect for individuals looking to get started with running and also for people looking to take it to the next level. Offering three different programs and a running group you will be sure to find something that works for you.

- USTFCCCA Strength & Conditioning Coach
- USATF Level 1
- B.S. Exercise Science (Maryville College)
- Pursuing M.A. Sport Coaching (University of Denver)

- USA South Conference Champion (2013)
- USA South Conference Runner-up (2014 & 2015)

Silver Program
The coach meets runners at their current fitness level. Runners will begin to increase mileage, while introducing new types of workouts. Get ready to learn more about running and more about yourself.

Gold Program
Designed for runners who already know a thing or two about running and are ready for the next step. With age-group competitors in mind, the coach will introduce strength training protocol to compliment runners.

Platinum Program

Running Groups
Small Group Training is a 60 minute workout with your coach and your training team. The group dynamic increases accountability, motivation and friendly competition.

- Options to meet one-on-one with your coach for individualized training ideas
