Small Group Training for Swimmers
Our Form and Fitness Small Group Training for swimmers are 45 minute training sessions that will meet weekly. Each workout will focus on aquatic aerobic fitness, incorporating drills to improve form. All abilities welcome, but must be able to swim 25-50 yards at a time.
2018 Session: March 6 – 27
Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am
$50 for 4 classes
Single Drop-In Session: $15
