Group Fitness Schedule Updates

Group Fitness Schedule Updates Beginning March 1, 2018

Thank you so much to all of our members who took the time to complete our 2018 Group Fitness Survey. We have gone through all of the Survey’s making notes of every request and as you can imagine there were lots.  We then put together a team of Instructors and spent 6 hours discussing class requests, logistics of each studio, but most of all took into consideration quarterly attendance of all classes before making a decision to change the current schedule.

Based on Survey requests we will make the following changes to the Group Fitness schedule beginning March 1st:


  • Sunday 3:00pm SPIN (March/April, will keep in May if attendance supports this class)
  • Sunday 3:15pm Gentle Flow Yoga 45(minutes) in studio #3
  • Tuesday 4:30pm Barre in studio #3
  • Wednesday 2:15pm Gentle Flow Yoga in studio #3
  • Wednesday 5:00pm Pound in studio #3
  • Thursday 5:30pm Pilates Yoga Fusion in studio #3
  • Thursday 6:05pm BodyPump 30 in studio #1
  • Friday 6:30pm will alternate between BodyCombat and BodyAttack in studio #1
  • Saturday 11:30 SPIN-RPM 45
  • Saturday 12:30 Barre in studio #3 (March/April, will keep in May if attendance supports this class)


  • Monday 6:00am in studio #1 will alternate weekly with BodyCombat/BodyPump and BodyStep/BodyPump
  • Monday 9:15am CXworks moves to 10:05 and 9:50 Pure Muscle 45 moves to 9:15am (9:15 PM/10:05 CXworks)
  • Monday 1:00pm Forever Fit will become Cardio Strength (with the older individual in mind)
  • Tuesday 8:15am Spin moves to 8:30am and the 6:00pm Spin will move to 6:30pm
  • Tuesday 12:00pm Zumba/Cardio Dance moves to studio #3 and Metabolic Meltdown (M&M) moves to studio #1
  • Wednesday 1:00pm Forever Fit will become Tone and Balance
  • Wednesday 5:30pm Spin moves to 5:45pm
  • Thursday 8:15am Spin moves to 8:30am
  • Thursday 5:30pm BodyStep will become a 30 min. class & 6:30 BodyCombat will move to 6:40 and become 30 min. also
  • Thursday 5:30pm Pure Muscle will move to 6:30pm
  • Thursday 7:30pm Zumba/Cardio Dance will move to 7:15pm
  • Friday 4:30pm Cardio Step will become Step Sculpt
  • Saturday 8:00am POUND moves to 9:00
  • Saturday 9:00am BodyFlow moves to 10:00am
  • Saturday 10:00am Pure Muscle moves to 11:00am and to studio #1


  • Tuesday 4:30pm Pilates Yoga Fusion
  • Wednesday 8:00am Gentle Flow Yoga
  • Thursday 6:30pm BodyFlow
  • Friday 12:00pm Pound
  • Saturday 11:00pm M&M
