Spa Etiquette

Appointments

Appointments are requested, but are not always necessary. If we are available, we are happy to accommodate walk-in guests. Customers with scheduled HydroMassage appointments will be placed on a bed before a walk-in guest.

Please confirm treatment time frames with The Day Spa at FSHFC when scheduling to ensure you allow yourself enough time to enjoy your session.

Arrivals

We recommend that you check-in with the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to your session to allow you ample time to complete any necessary paperwork, arrange payment and unwind before your spa session. 

Cancellations

Your Day Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Cancellations on the day of service and ‘no shows’ may be subject to a charge of the full cost of the service.

Returns

Please be sure you have chosen the right product before purchasing as there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on products.

Gratuities

It is our pleasure to serve you. No tips please.

Relaxation

It is our goal to ensure that all guests enjoy their relaxation time to the fullest. We ask that you refrain
from using cell phones and electronic devices while in the spa. Please talk softly or simply enjoy the silence.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, only one guest will be allowed in a room at a time. The Day Spa at FSHFC is a quiet place for adults to relax. FSHFC Members with Parent/Child and Family memberships may utilize Kid City & KidFit during their spa session.
