What is HydroMassage?

A dry water massage with a traveling jet system, combining heat, motion, and a variety of options for a soothing full body massage. You control the area of the massage, the amount of pressure, and the speed of the jets. HydroMassage helps with muscle soreness and tension, is an amazing stress reliever and a great post-workout cool-down. For guests 16+.

Most people recognize that massage helps with overall wellness and is an important component to a healthy lifestyle. HydroMassage water massage benefits include:

When should I use HydroMassage?

Most commonly, water massage is enjoyed post-workout as a cool-down prior to leaving FSHFC or before a workout to loosen tight muscles. Members and clients also visit The Day Spa to relax with a massage before or after other spa services. 

However,  some clients also visit The Day Spa after work or while running errands just to use our water massage beds.

How long does each HydroMassage experience last?

A typical session is normally 10-15 minutes, but can be adjusted to your personal preference, and can be enjoyed at any time. Most FSHFC members choose to use it at the end of their workout.
