Youth Strength Winter Workouts

Bored after the Holidays?? You won’t be when you participate in FSHFC Fit Floor’s Youth Strength Winter Workouts led by FSHFC’s Youth Strength Training Coaches!

Designed for youth ages 10 – 14, this program focuses on fun, age-appropriate exercises using tools and equipment like kettle bells, battling ropes, ladders, sleds, atlas stones, barrels, sandbags, and hammers. Participants meet on the Fitness Floor for these one hour training sessions.

2018 Winter Workouts

January 2-6, 2018

Tues/Thurs : 11 am – 12 pm
Wed/Fri : 12 pm – 1 pm

Please visit the Front Desk one day in advance to complete registration and payment.

4 Sessions –  $60
2 Sessions –  $36
Single Session – $20
