Its that time again!

That’s right, it’s time to start thinking about the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon! Here at Fort Sanders Health and Fitness Center we offer individual training plans from our run coach, Sean Hagstrom. He’ll meet you where you are in current fitness and design a unique running plan for you as a participant in the FSHFC Run Program. Let him crunch all the numbers while you log the miles and watch your fitness increase. He offers 24-week, 18-week, and 12-week (advanced) training programs.
