Fitness & Sports


Featuring a 5-lane indoor pool and a 6-lane outdoor pool the Aquatics Department features several programs. The programs include aqua fitness classes, American Red Cross certification class, swim lessons, competitive swim and lap lanes for swimmers. 

Training and Wellness

Personal Trainers are available to help with any level of fitness. Complementary Fitness Assessment & Program Designs are available to create a personalized workout plan for all members. However, if you’re looking to take things to the next level the Premium Assessment is the perfect option. Other programs include: Weight Management, Parkinson’s Pedalers, Rock Steady Boxing, private or semi-private personal training and small group training. Whether looking to get off a plateau or increase on your results, one of our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will be able to assist you.

Group Fitness

130 group fitness classes are available with a wide variety of starting times. Classes take place between 6am-7pm on most days of the week and range from beginner to more advanced classes. They are set up to accommodate a busy schedule with all levels welcome.

Racquet Sports

Four different racquet sports are available for your enjoyment. Featuring six outdoor lighted tennis courts and four indoor heated tennis courts you can play year-round. Indoor/outdoor Pickleball courts are available with the addition of three racquetball courts and the conversion into squash on one of the courts.

Youth Fitness & Sports

Offering age-appropriate fitness opportunities for the younger generation where they have the ability to learn about exercise in a fun environment. Programs include Youth Strength, Youth Personal Training Consultation, Golf Lessons, Tennis Lessons and a Competitive Swim Team. Whether they’re new to exercise of experienced athletes, they will be able to find a program for them.
