Today's movement is brought to you by NASM certified Personal Trainer Andrew.

The TRX Low Row movement uses your bodyweight as resistance and works the lats, biceps, and mid-back muscles.

First, to perform this movement, adjust the straps with the metal adjuster to "mid-length" (pictured).

Then, keeping your body in a straight, tight, upright position, lean back and straighten the arms.

Start the movement by squeezing your shoulder blades together and pulling yourself up, bringing the TRX handles to your chest.

Slowly and in a controlled manner, lower yourself back to the starting position with your arms extended.

Try doing 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps. (Hint: the further you lean back, the more challenging the movement becomes!)
